I’m Lisa, 35 years old, and was inspired by my mum’s journey through menopause. She decided that to help her manage her weight, mood swings, and sleepless nights she needed to do some exercise. I had always enjoyed exercise and been interested in diet, so she asked me for ideas.
I had a career in teaching and love helping people but had a light bulb moment when I realised, I could combine this with my love of health & fitness to help women feel more confident in their bodies. I am now a fully qualified fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer and nutrition coach.
