PT sessions have temporarily moved online during the Covid-19 Pandemic. They take place using live streaming so that I can coach you through your session to help you achieve your goals.

I offer one-to-one sessions and semi-private (2 ladies at a time) if you would prefer to train with a friend.

All personal training includes nutrition support and support outside of scheduled sessions to help you achieve your goals.
