Online Fitness Classes

These sessions are a total body workout, suitable for everyone, from beginners to exercise enthusiasts. Improve your fitness & tone your body with a mixture of cardio & conditioning exercises, whilst having fun!

These classes are via live web links so you can work out as a group, from your own home. We can even interact with each other (this is optional so don’t worry if you would rather not be seen or heard by other members of the class).

Venue: Online using an app called ‘Zoom’ which can be used on a computer, phone or tablet. https://zoom.us/

Online class timetable:

TONE IT UP: These seasons are full body workouts designed to tone your whole body. Basic equipment (bands, weights & ball) can be used, but are not essential.

Monday evening 6.40-7.25.

Thursday evening 6.40-7.25.

CARDIO BLAST: Work up a sweat with this intense cardio workout.

Tuesday evening 5.20-5.50.

STRETCH & FLEX: Improve your flexibility & mobility to help prevent everyday niggles.

Tuesday evenings 7.15-8.

All live workouts are also available as recordings (on demand) so you can also do them at times that suit you.

OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES: Available exclusively to members, BODY BLAST classes take place every Saturday morning 9-10 at Denver Playing Field. Please contact me to book, as availability is limited.

Membership options with Downham Ladies Fitness are as follows:

£49 per month unlimited access to all weekly online classes, including 15 minute daily live workouts in a members- only Facebook Group.

£24 access to daily 15 min workouts & 1 additional online class per week.

£36 access to daily 15 min workouts & 2 additional online classes per week.

As a member of our fab team, you will also have access to the members Facebook Group, which is packed full of helpful content on exercise and nutrition, and weekly challenges to help with accountability and motivation.
